Super cute house. Rooms were a little small and so was the living space but perfect for a family of 8-10. Outdoor dining was my favorite- had a nice dinner and kids ran around and enjoyed hot tub.

We have these rules in place to maintain the highest quality stay for our guests!

House Rules
•Please be respectful of the neighbors. The home is in a very respectable and quiet neighborhood.
•No loud noise or music past 9 PM
•Please be sure to unplug all unused appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home. As well as turn off stove, oven, AC/heater.
•Do not adjust AC thermometer down past 67 degrees. It will break the unit.
•Adult supervision of children on the property at all times.
•No Shoes inside the property.
•No Smoking of any kind inside and outside of the house. Right to cancel reservation without refund. A $1000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present.
•No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays. Right to cancel reservation without refund. A $1000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present.
•Checkin time is 4 PM – 2 AM
•No Extra / Overnight Guests (having more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number does not match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation)
•No Mail / Packages Delivered to the property. Please send it to a nearby pick up.
•No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture
•No Unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc.
•No Pre-Checking Bag Storage (Only possible when available, upon request, and for a fee)
•No Pets
•No Parking anywhere other than assigned spaces
•Checkout time is 10 AM.

Hot Tub Liability Disclaimer: By making a reservation, guests acknowledge and accept that use of the hot tub is entirely at their own risk. The host is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or health-related issues resulting from use of the hot tub.

These rules enable us to upkeep the highest quality stay for our guests.

Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses, and may be removed from the property.

• Access to entire home (except locked storage)
• May utilize the garage however no garage opener provided

PARKING
• Up to 4 cars in driveway (guaranteed) and street parking (first come first serve)
• To note: Street sweeping (MONDAY), please do not park on either side of the street on Mondays between 12 PM – 4 pm. We are not responsible for any tickets incurred.

Other things to note

• Please be mindful and respectful to our neighbors as this is a residential area. Please note strict house rules.
• Trash pick-up (FRIDAY)
• Absolutely NO parties are allowed!
• No loud music after 9pm!
• No shoes, smoking, or pets inside the house!

Property Disclosures:
We have three, actively recording cameras overlooking the front entrance and backyard which records video and audio upon live motion movement in the area. All camera devices are on the exterior of the property and in no way shape or form point inside the house to protect your privacy. Devices are on 24/7. There are no indoor cameras.
